'The Healing Power of Color, 2025'

Manhattan Arts International in New York City invites select artists worldwide to exhibit in an exclusive 'Invitees' only show. Around 30 invitees, selected by accomplished curator Renee Phillips, each display one artwork following the exhibition theme 'The Healing Power of Colour'.

This will,be showcased along with the artist's statement on the power of colour below:

"For me, colour's fascinating aspect lies in its ability to alter perceived hue through neighbouring colours, creating an intriguing effect that catches the eye and adds depth.

In composition, colours vary in weight, with white being the heaviest. I strive to use the weight of colour in my work to create a balanced calming effect.

Utilising complementary or split complementary colours produces a captivating contrast that enhances visual impact. These attributes are crucial for maximising colour's healing effects."
